Program Goals: Create a culture of recognition that enhances employee engagement, performance, and retention Improve employee morale Encourage employees productivity and customer satisfaction Design a recognition program that is simple, immediate, meaningful, and powerfully reinforcing and motivating Award information:  Three Exemplary CNCSOFTers will receive a Medal and other meaningful presents Award ceremony: Year-end ceremony

Participants and Selection form: 

All members of CNCSOFT are encouraged to vote three staff colleagues who deserve this special acknowledgement. The ballot box is available for voting from 2010, Nov, 22 to 2010, Dec, 31.

Selection criteria:

• Excellence in assigned work
• Excellence in building good relationship with colleagues
• Be praised by Director Board
• Excellence in obeying Organization regulations
• Exemplary efforts in support of the Organization’s mission
